Attitude:

  • You appreciate the diversity of your team to tailor the best working and teaching approach  based on their strengths and weaknesses

  • You show empathy, patience and enthusiasm in constantly teaching the fundamentals to  your colleagues and never letting another Pony fail

  • You actively take lead on implementing SOP changes by ensuring that buy-ins are obtained  from your team and gathering feedback on smoother implementations

  • You design and implement positive work habits that would improve the working  environment and enable good shifts

Culture:

  • You can teach the Core Values & Culture to new staff members in a classroom setting as  part of the new-joiners Onboarding steps

  • You apply Gentle Constant Pressure in getting each and everyone in your team to adopt our  Core Values and Purpose

  • You act as a guardian of our culture to address cultural misalignment and  misunderstanding/misinterpretation within the team

Technical:

  • You are hands-on during service in patiently and positively demonstrating, guiding and  coaching your colleagues to showcase the expertise needed to deliver convivial hospitality

  • You are able to define and delegate the tasks of your team members clearly according to  their strengths and weaknesses, and help them execute a positive shift

  • You take responsibility on new-joiner Onboarding steps and have trained Apprentices and  Associates according to the set training plan

  • You understand the Financial & Cultural sides of the Business and have made suggestions to  improve them both

  • You help the Manager On Duty on administrative responsibilities and longer-term project  planning and execution
