  • You design an efficient, top-notch and cost-efficient SOP, and gain understanding + buy-in  from your team in supporting the implementation of the SOPs

  • You own problems (including potential problems) and trust & track on the planning and  executing of solutions towards those problems

  • You take ownership of the resources provided to you (human, capital, social) and ensure  they are managed and deployed properly

  • You take steps to manage the long-term brand equity growth through the customer  experience, marketing inititiaves and PR perception

  • You have understanding on the financial drivers of the business, and account for long-term  value growth in your SOP designs and day-to-day management
