Technical:
You design an efficient, top-notch and cost-efficient SOP, and gain understanding + buy-in from your team in supporting the implementation of the SOPs
You own problems (including potential problems) and trust & track on the planning and executing of solutions towards those problems
You take ownership of the resources provided to you (human, capital, social) and ensure they are managed and deployed properly
You take steps to manage the long-term brand equity growth through the customer experience, marketing inititiaves and PR perception
You have understanding on the financial drivers of the business, and account for long-term value growth in your SOP designs and day-to-day management
