You constantly strive to improve the team's performance through positive leadership, and look out for ways to improve the team's welfare
You foster the growth of your team members by setting and tracking professional development goals

Culture:
You show accountability towards your team above and below you towards the Mission of the venue, and the necessary steps to achieve the Mission
You make decisions fairly and in accordance to our values, especially in 'grey' areas where being right or wrong is irrelevant
You are a proficient communicator and act as a collaborative bridge between ranks, departments and venues
You effectively conduct formal and informal performance reviews of your team to foster the culture and excellence of your team
Technical:
You implement all SOP, provide input and work to create/modify others where needed and share them internally (upward and downward)
You act as a single point of accountability on the delivery of convivial hospitality on shift and for the shift
You execute and update the menu, service style, events and marketing efforts consistent with the brand positioning and objectives of your venue
You develop and showcase a persona/personality consistent with the ethos of the venue towards your team and the public
You generate a positive impact on revenue by optimizing capacity, turns and spend at your venue
